History

Westy’s Beer Distributors have been working with L & A Advertising for nearly 12 years. Our main focus with Westy’s has been to convey the fact that they have the largest and most unusual selection of microbrews and imports from all over this country, as well as from around the world. We matched George, Westy’s official “beer connoisseur” , with Nancy and Newman from WRBT-FM radio (who are well-known for their fondness for beer). George and Newman do “live reads” monthly on WRBT—tasting the latest additions to Westy’s ever-growing selection, and describing them to the listeners. We follow that with Newman’s live reads six times a month, for a very effective and informational ad campaign

We have worked with Freysinger Pontiac-GMC-Buick-Mazda-Hyundai for over 13 years, developing “The Driving Force of Freysinger”—which is used in all of their newspaper, magazine, radio, and television advertisements. We also compile and submit all forms for co-op reimbursement by the individual dealerships.
Lawrence Chevrolet has been working with L & A for more than ten years. We developed their popular jingle “Our name is Lawrence Chevrolet-no one sells Chevy's or pre-owned for less”, as well as produced all of their newspaper, radio, television, and billboard art over the years.

Higashi Pearls and Fine Jewelry discovered the benefits of working with a full service agency. Higashi’s owner, Susan Fotos, no longer needs to meet with many media sales reps, trying to coordinate her message while meeting the demands of a growing jewelry store.

Abom & Kutulakis, Attorneys in Carlisle, have been using our services for their new brochures, yellow page advertising, and their billboards around Carlisle.

Links2Care needed a new logo when they first met with L&A; since that first meeting we produced postcards which resulted in a very successful recruitment campaign. We also display their help wanted ads in local newspapers, created both their letterhead and business cards, and their newly constructed website was completely designed and implemented by L & A.

Scott Karns came to L & A in need of a new look for his newspaper ads. He was also in need of advertising for the opening of a new store in New Bloomfield, Perry County. L & A produced a 4-page supplement for the store’s Grand Opening and have been producing his weekly newspaper ads – sending them camera-ready to both the Patriot News and The Sentinel.

Pennsylvania State Bank came to us in 2006, for advice and assistance in promoting the six branches of their bank. We began by assisting with newspaper budgets, and adding a radio schedule. Most recently, we have designed and contracted for billboards to enhance their advertising campaigns.
